Our Activities - At A Glance

The Bytes of Lyfe Foundation is a newly formed nonprofit dedicated to making mental-health support tools, education, and digital-wellness resources accessible to everyone — at no cost. Here’s a simple, easy-to-read overview of what we’ve done so far and what we’re building next.

What We've Done So Far...

  • Established the Foundation
Incorporated in Indiana, formed our Board of Directors, opened our nonprofit bank account, and set up our governing documents and procedures.

  • Developed Our First Programs
Began outlining and researching three public-benefit tools:
LyfeSaver (AI-assisted journaling & recovery support),
    AfterByte (ethical memory preservation),
Solace (AI reflection & emotional wellness).

  • Built Public Resources
Started drafting website content, community guidance, and informational materials that explain our mission and upcoming services.

  • Funded by Early Supporters
All expenses to date were covered by the founder and a few early donors. No one has been paid — every dollar has gone toward building the foundation.

What We Are Working On Now

  • Program Design & Ethics
Creating safe, user-friendly workflows, preparing for small-scale beta testing, and building responsible data-handling practices.

  • Community Engagement
Writing educational content and responding to public inquiries about future workshops, digital tools, and emotional-wellness resources.

  • Transparent Governance
Maintaining proper nonprofit records, minutes, acknowledgments, and accounting — all managed entirely by volunteers.

What's Coming Next

  • Launch Our First Public Programs
Offer a limited free beta of LyfeSaver, continue developing AfterByte and Solace, and expand access to wellness and memory-preservation resources.

  • Host Free or Low-Cost Workshops
Provide virtual community classes on journaling, emotional wellness, legacy preservation, and responsible use of AI.

  • Build Community Partnerships
Work with recovery centers, hospice support networks, and mental-health organizations that can benefit from our tools.

  • Pursue Grants & Fundraising
Seek funding that supports program expansion while keeping all services free to those who need them.
